Cielo Jewellers accepts the following methods of payment:

All payment methods accepted on Cielo Jewellers are secure. Your bank or chosen payment method may ask for additional security checks when checking out in line with their current policy. This may include one time passwords or face-id if completed using apple pay.
Cielo Jewellers does not currently offer a finance plan on any of our products. You are welcome to take out your own finance agreement independent of our sale and use it to purchase our goods once your funds have cleared.
All orders are packaged with Cielo Jewellers branded packaging. Orders are then safety wrapped with bubble wrap and placed in discreet packaging to ensure privacy.

Shipping
All goods are typically shipped within 3-5 working days. Factory orders have a typical lead time of 3 working weeks. Once goods are dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number, please follow the link provided via email and insert your tracking number for an accurate update of delivery once you receive the notification that your goods have been dispatched.

Yes, if you want to send someone else on your behalf please email the full name and details of the person that will be permitted to collect on your behalf. The person which is collecting on your behalf must display photo ID matching the details you have instructed for release goods.
Yes to do so, please instruct the courier delivering your goods.
If you are sending any our products as a gift and the payment details do not match to the delivery details please give us clear instruction of who we will be delivering the gift and ensure they have photo ID corresponding with the details you have given on instruction.
