Accepted orders will be confirmed when communication of the order confirmation reaches you forming the contract between us. All items listed are subject to availability as inventory changes frequently. If items are unable to be supplied by us we will contact you to inform you as soon as possible, if the funds for your order have already cleared we will refund the amount within one working week of cancellation. Items listed will continue being listed on www.cielojewellers.co.uk until all funds are cleared in full.

Whilst we guarantee all of our luxury watches are authentic and are checked by our watch-maker before dispatched we can not guarantee the packaging alongside supplied is authentic or that the bracelets are full in length as pieces sold to us very rarely vary in this respect. Images of goods listed are for illustrative purposes only. We can not guarantee your computer display accurately reflects the colour of goods.

Payment

Funds must be cleared and received before we dispatch items listed. We accept payment via secure Debit Card and Credit Card payments, Bank Transfer (CHAPS/BACS – Bank Account details will be communicated prior to order) and up to £8000 cash in-store with ID and proof of address. All payments and values are stated in GBP Sterling and hereby subject to present exchange rates if necessary.

Part-exchange: Where you wish to part-exchange your current timepiece with us, you hereby confirm you are the sole owner of your time-piece, the item is authentic to the original manufactures standard and all information which you send forward to us in appraising your time-piece is accurate. When we consider accepting a part-exchange, we will advise an approximate value of your timepiece which is confirmed upon receiving and is subject to checks done by us. If the timepiece is not as described by you we will revise the value. In cases we accept the part-exchange item and the value of your piece is higher than the item listed by us we will issue credit/payment to you via bank-transfer, where your time-piece is less than the value of the item listed by us we will arrange payment for the balance via the above methods.

We have the rights to alter our prices at any time. Goods very rarely may be incorrectly priced. Due diligence will be completed before goods are dispatched, if any amendments are necessary we will issue credit or issue the correct funds due.
